wow biased much..... what about the bad, and often backwards things he did. He shocked Canadians by convincing an elected liberal into his cabinet, and apointed his minister of Public works , he presented an environmental plan to make a plan in about a decade, constantly battled with the ottawa press.... the list goes on.

I am often impressed with just how stupid journalists believe Canadians to be.

For this fawning editorial to work in influencing public opinion the folks at Time Canada would have to believe that Canadians were not paying attention to what this government has been doing for the past year.

Which would be a tacit admission by them that they were not doing their job as journalists.

Of course Canadians have been paying attention which is why the Conservatives have been steadily declining in popular support since July and why Mr. Handelman still has a job. After all, if Canadians were not paying attention they would probably have stopped reading Time Canada.
