Toxicity
I have no fundamental disagreement with this legislation and I hope all parties support it. Sure, it's meant to distract Canadians from Ambrose's unambitious (to put it generously) environment legislation. But it's good policy.

Looks like the Cons enviro plan will come out one announcement at a time.
This partly due to MSMs smear job on the Clean Air Act (which Jack wants to tune up). The CAA was smothered in 'Belinduh is a dog' reports, much more important to MSM/Libs than environment.
