I hate polls

Two separate polls, one from Strategic, one from Decima.

Strategic: Conservative support declining.
Decima: Conservative support growing.

That Toronto Star headline is just wrong. The Cons stay the same, the Libs are up 3 and the NDP is down 3. It's horseshit. The article also doesn't mention the effect of the numbers by the UNESCO deal or the controversy surrounding McGuinty, Tory and Charest.

Polls are about as useful as weather forecasts.. you have a general idea, but you'll just have to wait and see.

The results are influenced by the other questions that are asked, and the order of those questions.

The polls were also carried out at different times.

Even Decima's head Allan Gregg says all polls are no real indication until the Liberal Leadership race is over.
