Dryden...

His was the only speech I missed (I was getting ready to rally for Dion) and I deeply regret it. All I heard about it was that it was amazing, and it could actually end up boosting his second ballot support.

He still can't win, of course. But I did just see clips of it on CBC, and my god, it was the best speech he's ever given by far. If he had given speeches like that before, I think we'd be talking about a big five, not a big four.

Best line:
"[The Conservatives] talk the language of the environment, yet they set the goal so low, and by George (W.) they'll get there."

Brison had a good one, too:
"Attack Stephen Harper is easy. It's even fun! [But it won't win the election.]" That one got a laugh.
